Using PDF MERGER PRO

PDF MERGER PRO can be started either by launching the application via a desktop shortcut, or directly from within Windows/Windows Explorer.

When you start the program, you will be presented with the primary screen from which all actions are taken. Initially, only the ‘File’, ‘Add’, and ‘Help’ buttons are active.

How to Merge PDF files:

To merge PDF files and create a new PDF file, just drag and drop each of the files you want to merge into the table in the center of the main application. You can also add files using the Add Files button or the File >> Add from the Menu.

You can use the up and down arrow buttons to the right of the file list to change the merge order of the files

How to Split PDF files:

To split PDF files into single pages, just drag and drop each of the files you want to split, and then click the ‘SPLIT INTO SINGLE PAGE FILES’ button. You will then be presented with a directory chooser - where your files will go on your computer. Just pick the location of your single page PDFs, and the program will save the PDFs to that new location.

How to Repair PDF files:

PDF MERGER PRO also allows you to repair corrupted PDF Files. To repair a file click the ‘REPAIR’ Button, choose the document that you want to repair, then click ‘Repair’. While not all corrupted PDF files can be repaired, PDF MERGER PRO works hard for you to get those PDF files working again.

How to Password Protect PDF files:

PDF MERGER PRO also allows you to password protect your documents, allowing you to limit the ability to open and/or print a PDF file. Just click the ‘PASSWORD-PROTECT’ button to begin, and follow the easy prompts on screen.

When you have completed your work, choose the File option and select Exit from the drop-down list.
